Arbitration Chamber: Market Arbitration Chamber established by the BM&FBovespa for the resolution of disputes between companies and its investors.

BM&FBovespa: São Paulo Exchange (BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros).

BR GAAP: Accounting principles adopted in Brazil, i.e. Brazilian GAAP or Brazilian Corporation Law.

CBLC: Brazilian Clearing and Depository Corporation (Companhia Brasileira de Liquidação e Custódia).

CVM: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários).
